Gator Gar with VATF?

Will a 6" gator gar do okay with a 7" VATF?

And will the gar be okay in the tank if its got a strong current?

I cant see this lasting long at all, gator gars grow extremely fast and atf fish grow fairly slow, If the vatf doesnt kill the gar it will just outgrow him and eat him.

gars don't like to fast of current. a florida may work for a while, but silver twitchy fish and gar dont mix. i know my 3 tigerfish wont be in with my gars.
