Gauging Interest (14" Flag tail <--> 12" Pbass)

I'm just tossing this one out there. I'm wonering if there is anyone within 1.5-2 hours of me that would be willing to trade.

My 14" flagtail (pics later once interest is established)

for your 12"+ Peacock Bass. Of Equal value. (~#300)

Stipulations....

Must be within 1.5-2 hour drive of Kenton, Ohio. (mapquest it)
PBass MUST be in good-great shape (must also be able to show pics)
PBass MUST be 10-12"+ (the larger the better)
NO Occel. (sorry I got one already)
If your Pbass is not worth ~$300 I would look at trading more then one Pbass. Or possibly cash back to me.
NO JUVIES ( I don't care if they are azul, they need to be at LEAST 10")
No proven pairs either please I'm not interested in breeding
Would prefere (sp) them to be OFF live but at this size I would take the time to break them from live.

I have seen enough threads or people selling monos and tems for around $100 each at this price/size. So if you think yours is worth more prove it. So please don't tell me your 10" mono is worth $300 I won't make that deal.


If you have something that maybe of interest to me let me know. I'm not interested in letting the Flagtail go unless I'm getting something in return. Sorry no cash sales. Trades only.


So let me know what you got and I'm going to run downstairs and take some pics of the flagtail and i'll be back to post them.












P.S. I might be willing to do cash to you if you have something good enough worth over $300.
 
pics. He has a semi oddball pattern on his tail not the typical straight lines like I have mostly seen he's got two spots on the lower half.

Hope I can find someone willing to do the deal. but I'm fond of my flagtail too so he's not leaving unless I feel the deal is square. I'd like to end up with 2-3 12"ers out of the deal but I don't know if that will happen.



Let me change something here. You don't have to be within 15.-2 hours of me that's just the langest distance I'm willing to drive. So I don't care if you're in New york as long as you'll drive within 2 hours of me I'll meet you there with the fish.

I would also like to add that the flagtail is NOT a slimecoat eater.

and.

my g/f is within 3 weeks of her due date so unless something happens with this trade fast. I won't be able to drive as far untill mid to late april.

thanks. If I don't get him gone I don't care he's not bothering me staying with me. I just thought I would toss him up for trades for some more Pbass. If I don't get them I'll setup a growout. :irked: I don't want to set anymore tanks up in this house. but if I HAVE to lol
