I now everyone says to use dow 795 but I cant get it anywhere localy. What I did find was was GE silicone for plastics and lexan. The part number was GE5100 and i included a photo of it.

It calims to be 100% silicone and dosent have the anti mold stuff.

Will this work ok for sealing my acrylic widows with?

1. Depends on what you want to do. Using it to seal acrylic windows (I assume in a DIY tank), is not a good idea.
2. "Anti mold stuff" is bio seal.
3. I've used that particular product (pictured) to attach acrylic baffles to glass walls in a sump.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, it is a DIY plywood tank and we are going to be sealing the acrylic to epoxy resin coverd wood. I took a scrap peice of eboxy coverd wood and acrylic then tried to glue them togeather, I guess we shall see how well it holds.
