I have several of these guys living in my office and house, can you tell me what type they are? Cheers

Looks like Hemidactylus frenatus also known as House Geckos.

I agree it is a Hemidactylus species. There are several similar looking Hemidactylus in your area. This may help you positively ID your lizard: http://www.afcd.gov.hk/sc_chi/publications/publications_con/files/hkbonewsletter13.pdf

That's a Velociraptor....no wait.....my bad, it's definitely a species of House Gecko.
