Water is incredibly soft (80-90 TDS, 1-2 kH) and I have a lot of duckweed... I'll chuck in a handful of it and see what it does. That'll be it for plant matter I guess

Well according to that second link in the post I quoted above, calcium oxalate content should be fairly low in soft water. You should be good to go!

Awesome! I will try and make the new mixes this week with the following...

Main mix:
Salmon/trout offcuts
Snoek fillet
Other fish fillet + guts
Duckweed

Mix for baby poly:
Same as above +
Fresh baby brine shrimp
Powdered fry food
