Hey everyone! I’ve been following the discussion about the Datnoids and I'm really fascinated by their behavior. Could anyone share tips on how to best acclimate them when bringing them home? Also, have you noticed any specific tank mates that really suit their temperament? I appreciate all the insights shared here – it's helping me a lot as I consider adding some to my setup! Thanks in advance!

The hardest thing for me was trying to get them onto pellets. It's not too difficult to get them onto frozen (shrimp, tilapia, etc) but pellets was tough.

Key for tankmates is just that they are too big to fit in the datnoid's mouth. Even if they look too big, sometimes the dat will try anyway and you gotta pull the other guy out.
