General question about corys

Can Corys school together even if they are not the same type of Cory?? Like can sterbais school with pandas and be mixed? Or should they stay within their types??

I have two different types of cories,Aeneus cories and another species and they school together just fine. I'm no expert though

If you have 1 of a few different species i found they will oftens chool together... but if you have 2 or more they will break off into "groups"... i never saw aggression issues reguarding mixing them.. but imo its probablly healthier to keep a few of the same species.. or at least a group of 3 of multiple species... less stressful overall on the fish imo. But thats just from watching them at work and the few species I've kept at home.

I've got a few each albino and bronze cories, they hang out together just fine.

mine group together by species, sometimes mingle but kinda keep to their own groups
