I breed this girl last year and noticed the slanted stripe as soon as it appeared. I separated her from the other fry to make sure she survived. She now has breed 3 times with two broods surviving. My question is if one of the male offspring were to breed to her when big enough, could the stripe be genetics and the offspring have similar traits?
