My Brasiliensis laid eggs on 5-17. The eggs disappeared on 5-20 and I thought they were gone. This morning I find hundreds of fry swimming around the spot of wood where they had laid as eggs a week ago.

How soon can I move them to growout tank?
Will a 10 gal be ample to start with until I get my 30 emptied?

I'd leave them alone, they will naturally cull their babies, then you'll be left with the best ones. Will you be able to find homes for all of those anyways.. Let the parents weed them out.

I've already moved them to a 10 gal. I have roughly 10-15 left. Some have been culled by their sibblings and the others have fallen prey to the filter intake.

I wasn't expecting to have all of them survive. Just wanted to raise a few of them. I have a buddy who has a 150 and he is gonna take a few of them off my hands later if there are some left.
