Is there any single, or pair, of good looking geophagus that can live a lifetime in a 30g setup?

I'm getting ready to set something up in my kid's room and I initially thought about a handful rift lake cichlids but he really liked the eartheaters, and I do too. So I'm wondering if there are any that would work.

I know this is a crazy question, but I thought I ask anyway.

30L? yea I bet you could totally keep a pair or a nicer solo? or that other shape the 33 long. its like 36x12x12

look into gymnogeophagus species, they are smaller. balzanii is the biggest most common, but id stixk to some other kinds. one thing about them is they need a cool down period of much lower temps or they wont live as long.
