Geophagus altifrons and fire eel?

I had a tire track eel with them just make sure the geo it bigger than the eel but yea i thinke it would work
 
its just that both of them are lower tank level fish so i dont know how its going to work
 
same with mine how bigs is your tank and is there alot of hidding places how big are the geos and the eel
 
Its just an idea for now. Im planning on having lots of hiding places / tubes for the eel to hide. so basically i should make sure the eel is smaller than the geo right? thanks
 
Yea the geo are bigger but if there alot of hidding place i think you will be okay
 
make sure the geos do pick on him and make sure they r about the same size.

how is that stupid? do u have a eel? i know the geo could eat the eel if your not careful.
