Geophagus Altifrons Growout Thread

thought I would start a thread on my altifrons. They are growing real fast. I got them about a month and a half ago and the biggest were about 2" upon arrival. They are now pushing 4 inches already. The smaller ones were around the 1.5 inch range. They are now starting to color up nicely. i will update videos and photos monthly of these. I currently have a group of 7. Here are three of them.

Love the geos. Also like the sand. I had a 100 with all different species of the geos. Red heads, red hump, alfatrons, Jupari, heckelii, obscurus. Love sitting there in my garage watching them sift through the sand. To bad I had to sell it cause of my electric bill. Only ones I kept were the red heads, red hump and alfatron.
