G'day.

Well Eoi was nagging me to do an update on my pindare, and I thought I may as well do an update on my snook too. Not much has changed with the geo, a bit better colours, and a small bit of fin development. The snooks have grown a bit, one doing more so than the other, which is making my think I have a male and female. Fingers crossed.

Here they are.

Showing off the blue eyes nicely.

I thought this picture was funny, he looks more slender in this pic than in real life.

Smaller, lesser coloured one (suspect female)

Yeah thanks. I am a bit decided as to what they actually are. I bought him as pindare, but it's looking more like a brachybranchus the more I see others pics :(

nice snook! is it a regular snook or red and just not getting its red yet?

Nah, both of em are green bay snooks. I saw a massive pair at a LFS one time and wanted em ever since. :)

nice you dont see those very often. post come pics as they get larger

Australia always has the natural morph of P. splendida. I know of one pair in the entire US that isn't the red morph. :(

Not always, there's some reddies about. I prefer the green morph to be honest anyway. They look much better as adults.
