One of my Geophagus Brasiliensis awhile ago started to get hole in the head when i let my water quality slip, i immediately added an extra filter and did water changes and it has been fine for the last few months now all of a sudden it's got worst and theres a really big red/sore whole in the middle of his head. I know that cichlids get this from poor water quality but the tank has never been better. He's about 4" and he's one of my Favourite geophagus. Is there anything that i can do to help him? Or just water changes?
