geophagus breeding know how...

i have 6 wild caught geophagus dicrozoster about 6 to 7 inches long... not sure if i want to actually set up for breeding them but can anyone give me some info on them? sexing, are they mouthbrooders, are they very good at protecting thier eggs/fry ect.. give me the rundown
