I bought a little 3" red head gel with a deformed tail, he was cheap and I felt bad seeing him get beat on in a tank full of convicts so I decided to take him. Only problem is that now I can't find a tank to put him in where he won't get nipped at or won't nip at other fish. I had in a 10 gallon with my wolf grow outs and he would nip at my wolves and that was not okay with me. I tried the 120 community tank and the 4 line pictus tried to eat him. So now he's in a 50 gallon with a 8-9" male green terror and they seem to be doing okay but I feel like he would do much better in my 30 gallon planted tank but that tank has neon tetras, white clouds and zebra danios. Will he eat them? ive never fed him live fish, only live blood worms and carnivore pellets.

You can never be 100% sure because every fish is unique but geos generally will not catch and eat live fish. I have never kept geos with neons but have kept them with other bite-sized fish without any losses anyloissues.lossThey are
