Geophagus ID/UPDATE

Hey guys, So i have some Geophagus that are growing pretty fast. 2 of them are the same species, one is way bigger then the other.. possible M/F? And i have another Geophagus that has black bars on either side of its jaw, and only a few species have that trademark. I was just wondering if anybody would like to tell me what species of Geophagus they thought i attained. I know that of the 3 Geo's in this tank, there are DEF 2 species.

Anybody have any input or comments???

I personally think the black jawed Geo is the Dikrozoster, and i think the other 2 Geos I have are altifrons.

But the Alitfrons also look similar to Tapajos gold headed Geo's too. Not to be confused with Geophagus Tapajos Red Heads.

Anyone else??

very nice mate, absolutely 110% Dicro's there...

Any recent pics of the suspected Altifron's? judging by the size of the black spot i would say they are Altifrons but dunno what location...

THanks for the remarks.. Im pretty sure i got 4 more growout Dicro's but only time will tell. Ive noticed this dicro, my ALPHA is growing steadily, and my suspected altifrons is slowing down on his growth rate. The dicro is about 6.5 or so.. and the altifrons is about 5.5 inches.

Do you know of how many different locations Geophagus altifrons are collected??
I wish i knew... but heres a picture of the suspected Altifrons.
