Just picked up 4 iporagenus from a fish swap meet and was wondering how big do they need to get before their colors start popping?

My red bahias spawned at <3". Similar fish, only yours don't get as big.

Thanks. 3 are about 2" and I is around 3", so at least I should have something to look forward to over the winter.
