After losing my Adults Orange heads all i have left are the babies. These are my last 3 in a temporary 10 gallon. They are already showing amazing orange heads at only 2"!! I believe there are one-+ male and two females from observing the parents for 3 years and Comparing them to the father's body at 2.5", you can tell the difference on how the father started. So far I only see some pearling on one of them but the orange head is amazing because I did not see this on the father at this size.

Thanks I hope so too. They are between 5-6 months old. They were in my 75 gallon at first until I have to change my fish around.

Thanks. I hope they start breeding but time will come. Also the Father of these three was not as colorful at 3" because he was the sub dominant male at that time so dont worrie your will grow out to look super nice!:headbang2

They be going into my 75g soon after I redecorate it to make it look more natural. I hope they start breeding soon. My other Orange head didnt breed until 4+" and were about 2 years old.

Update on these little guys. Picture will be up soon!!!
It has been over 7 months and the three little ones above turns out to be one female and two males (80% accuracy only by looking at the vents comparing to the bigger male i had at my parents house and also the finage). So far only one is starting to look identical to the father above with pearls all over the body and the female looks like the mother with pearls on the upper shoulder. So this is a good thing!!! His scale is developing and hopefully the line continue if they start to breed.
