I have two pair breeding at both ends of my 225 comunity. These guys are like rabbits, One pair has free swimming fry the other is on eggs. I'm not planning on try to save any of the fry but I love watch them with a swarm of fry and then "calling" them into their mouths if they get spooked.
Currently I have 6 of the geos. 6 Peruvian sclare, 25 Serapae Tetras. 9 Emerald corys, 4 young Krobia Xingu. growouts (Temp), two Bolivian Rams and 7 Hatchet fish. My long term plan is to grow out my P. Altums and then move the Peruvians out and just have the Geos and Altums, tetras and corys in the tank. However that is always subject to change without notice (you know how that is).
They look great Tom! I just picked up a school of 8 a few weeks ago. Feels good to get back into SA's again. These are perfect examples of quality taps!
Hey Tom, where are you in Jersey? Sure you dont wanna hang on to the fry? I am lookin for some taps and not sure where to grab some other than Rapps. Only want a pair or trio to go along with my balzani's.
