Evening Gentlemen.
Just picked up a breeding group of wild Geophagus SP "Aereos" (as far as we know, a sub species of altifrons).
2 Males and 3 females. All in a Q tank waiting to go into the 100 at the end of the month.
Just been fighting it out with my Sevs, but its all calm now and they've just taken their first feed of bloodworm, if a little tentatively.
Heres some pics from the previous, previous owner. (props to richard longley for the photos, i cant take the credit, but i can take his fish
)
Geophagus SP "Aereos"
Female holding eggs
Any tips and tricks with these guys? Any help, pointers etc, would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
