Geophagus sp. Caqueta

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
beautiful fish with some potential. I never kept them, but they remind me of the time when they were first imported to Europe years ago. I became more interested in the hobby again and visited a seller who imported fish and sold it from his former garage. He presented the Caqueta Geophagus to me like he found the holy grail. A lot Geophagus enthusiats went crazy over them at that times.

Very interesting. In central América, my country, they are uncommon

Here they are uncommon too. And not many people keep them any more. There was just a short hype about that fish because it was a new and unknown Geophagus species.
