Just got six of these guys in yesterday, sold as Geo. pellegrini, but don't want to get my hopes up tooooooo high before I get an affirmative.

They are currently in a 10gal holding/Quarantine tank which has no substrate, and currently no heater. So I imagine they are fairly washed out, so keep that in mind. Will try to get more pics later when they are in the actual tank.

I was really hoping these would turn out to be Pellegrini.
But, I see markings on the caudal fin:(

On the bright side, looks like they're going to turn out to be beautiful Steinys:)

Yup, Steiny's ... all that blue iridescents means not pellegrinis.

My steins were yellow like that when they were 2"-2 1/2" juvies, females don't seem to color up much more but the males get awesome.
