Pic 2 and 3 are the father (10¨) and mother (9¨) of the little ones n the 4th pic (currently around 1.5-2¨). These are F1, because the parents are wild caught.

Beauties. Discus-like color in a natural fish. Have some F1 I'm growing out. I normally enjoy the growout process with patience not typically an issue, but images like these both remind me why I got them AND test my patience.

I have 5 of the wild g.sveni from same collection site from Rapps.
A female was holding some fry in her mouth about a month ago, but didn't realize it at first- thought she was just not eating and was worried she was ill. In time figured it out.
I didnt think they would be breeding for another 6 months so hadnt looked into what to expect.
For next time this happens, I got some tips from
