I've got a senegal and delhezi bichir with a black ghost knife and i just added a couple geos to my tank!
The tropheus moorii mbuna juvi was fin-nipping the geos so it had to go and now I want something else to replace it!

I would like something colorful ( red, yellow, orange, green),
probably max size of 5-7",
something to cruise the upper area of the tank if possible!

What do you keep with your geos?

Gold severum? A bit bigger than 7" though.

I have Blue Dempseys and Elliot's Cichlids with my Geos...

I've got a chocolate in with my eartheaters, and he's always cruisin at the top (always wanting food). If you wouldn't mind going a few more inches in full growth, they're great. Usually a brownish/maroon color, but certain moods show yellow green and oranges..

Not really.

ALL of the above mentioned cichlids would prefer to stay close to the bottom, rather than the top, and as thi tank is satisfactorily stocked down low, something that DOES stick near the top would be way better.

I would reccomend the following fish (non cichlids)
- Silver hatchetfish (4")
- Pink Tailed Chalceus (8")
- Apollo Shark (8-10")
- African Butterflyfish (5")
- Halfbeaks (3-5" depending on species)
- Danio species (2-4"+)
