Has anyone ever kept this combo together? Does it work out?

we had it in our big display at work 8x4x3 and it worked really well not sure how it would be in a smaller tank but i dont see any major issues.
 
No problem at all
 
The only problem I have encountered so far is that the discus can't really compete for for so I have to overfeed

I've had this combo going in my 300 for several months now with no issue.

Maybe try feeding different foods. My geos go after sinking pellets but the discus mainly eat leftover blackworms that I feed my rays...
 
I have RH Taps with my Heckel Discus and also with my WC Angels with no problems.
 
This is the only picture I can find of a Heckel discus with a RH Tapajos in the background.
