Just wondering if its a good idea to pit a group of 6 in with other fish or is it best to have the group alone in the aquarium?

Really like these guys any input is appreciated

Depends on how big your tank is and what your aiming to do with them. I have 6 of these 4 males 2 females in with 6 satanoperca leucasticta in a 180 gallon and they seem to get on fine. I don't want to breed them but the females do spawn every couple of months and they can be a tiny bit pushy when this happens. They not pick at each other but nothing too serious. I recommend other similar eartheaters, try too avoid CA cichlids and you should have no problems. Post pics if you have them :)

I have some 2 inchers right now with the stock in my sig. Everyone gets along well at this point.
