I want to do a amazon theme aquarium and i was wondering do they sell water dye that will make my water brown.

Use peat or bogwood to get that effect...

Davo is right, find some driftwood that hasn't been leached out. The tannins in the wood will tint the water brownish. Or throw some peat moss in a panty-hose and drop it in with your sump/HoB, it will also turn the water brown but it will also lower the pH.

I don't think that would work that great. I would use the drift wood or idian almond leaves...

That's kinda funny. I try like hell to keep my water crystal clear and keep it from getting brown and you want to die it. To each his own. i understand where your coming from i just thought it was a little ironic. Good luck with achieving exactly what you have in mind.

I don't think that would work that great..

you would be surprised, i had algae grow on the glass under the lamp on my 45gal and it made the water look very green/tannish
