Gettin my planted tank on!

I bought a full spectrum lighting tube and pretty soon I'll be in startin my first planted tank! Im so excited! Its a tank without CO2 or planting soils but dont be hatin. Just startin out with some dwarf hairgrass and banana plant. Possibly some Java Fern. Cant wait.

Should look pretty cool, pretty soon you will be so addicted to planted tanks that you will get a co2 injection and higher quality plants to make your tank really pop with color and life!

First off the dwarf hairgrass and banana plant require ATLEAST medium lighting, and its been from my experiance DWG likes co2.

What lighting are you going to use?
 
Just the regular store bought planted tank light tube. Idk how many Lumens its got but theres only one more type of tube for it. Ill try both but the one I got says its for plants and stuff. The other is more for color. If I had more money id buy a full on specialty light system with the four different colors of lights but im limited right now. Just lookin to spice up my tank.
