People have been noticing I'm back and I'm sick of replying to individual PM's so here's quick update.
My hip pins were removed on the 7th and I'm already better - I was sort of overhyped for it. When I got it pinned it took close to a year to get back to normal.
However, I managed to break my left foot and let the free floating bone severe a tendon before I caught onto the pain, so that's healing as of now.
It will take the VA about 6 months to review my case before they'll cover the surgery costs. I should be back in the game around then. In the meantime I'm back to frequenting the site, offering as much advice as I can, and planning out my next MONSTER tank.
