Okay so im going to the LFS today and i want a little something more colorful for my 55g:

current stock:
1 5-6 inch oscar
2 1inch silver dollars
1 5 in bld parrot
1 3 inch bld parrot
2 5 inch tinfoil barbs
1 astomos or however u say it
1 3 inch [FONT=arial,sans-serif][SIZE=-1]Leporinus
1 2 inch bushynose plec

okay i know i always get smack about my tank being overstocked i know.......but i have INSANE filtration and do 25 percent water chances 2-3 times a week...I am trying to grow all these guys out for my new tank comin in(125+ not sure yet/b-day comin soon)

I just want a little color in this tank not sure what can u help? i would like it to hit 8-12 inches so it can compete in the new tank with the bigger guys

wish I could go to my LFS now, over on my bit of mud its 9 at night .lol...

not sure what fish to suggest but good luck man.

are you sure there is even room to move? especially when you dont know when you are getting the 125...

i am getting the 125+for my bday which is april 20th so the tank should be set up in 2 months and yes im sure there is room for 1 more smaller fish ATM but it wouldnt last wat to get?

Yeah I wouldn't add anything. I would focus on getting a new tank, larger than a 125 look into getting something more like a 180 gallon, you have a lot of fish that all get big. What is your filtration on this tank?

gah......i thought i could fit one more in here until april but im gonna have to listen to the experts:) thanks guys and gals

yeah, you dont have room for more right now big guy, just hold off till your new tank comes. im in the same situation.. my bday tank is commin april 8th, and im having a hard time resisting getting some jack dempseys haha. for sure youll be happy though. sounds like you got nice fish. but i do agree with stingray94 in that your gunna need a 180g cus you got some big swimmers (tinfoil barbs) but good luck man. when your new tank is set up post some pics. =)
