Getting aro to eat NLS

I will not be able to get Hikari food sticks soon so I have to get him on NLS. He will not even look at them. I fed only NLS for a over a week and he got to the point were he would put them in his mouth and spit them out. He will nto eat them. I cut open some prawns and put NLS in the prawns to trick him. He is smarter then that, he did not touch the NLS prawns. Will it just take more starving before he eats NLS?

my aro will only eat nls after long term starvation. i have decided that i wasted my money on that food, and learned to live with it.

Oh okay then, I would just keep starving. At 24" even a couple weeks without food is no problem. I'm pretty sure he'll break onto nls before that though.

At first it was just a rumor, but I think its confirmed now. Hikari is getting harder and harder to find. I stocked up, and when I see food sticks or massivore pellets, I don't hesitate to buy. I vacuum sealed the food to increase shelf life.
