Hey guys, I recently bought a huge piece of driftwood. I would like to put it inside my 400 gallon tank.

The problem is too big for the top of the tank. I heard from a couple of people that I could cut up the pieces then put it back together once everything is in the tank.

I want to know what do I use to put the driftwood together? Any suggestion?

they probably meant put it together next to each other lol..

Is there any other way? hahah.

This big piece is really nice I don't want to saw it up for nothing :(

if it's just branches that are in the way, snap them in the direction to make it fit in, then fold em back to original position. Driftwood is pretty pliable when fully soaked.

If its a huge branch or trunk section in the way, take a hacksaw make a long angular cut. once in the tank, wrap fishing line to hold the pieces together.

But really...when buying driftwood. the number one question that pops to my head is: will it fit thru the top of my tank. Second question is: can I modify it to fit in my tank. I turned down alot of cool pieces of driftwoon cause I answered no to either one of those two questions
