Getting free decals

I PM'ed Monster Maximus to get some decals but have not heard back. Is there any way to tell if my PM's are getting through to him? I understand if he hasn't had time to PM me back but I just want to make sure I am sending them right. They are posted in my outbox so I am pretty sure they have been sent but how do I know if they have been received?

me too been waiting ,sent them an email, i think the decals would make my tank and truck look better but haven't heard a word not even an email.
