Getting fry food to bottom of tank

Anyone have a good trick to getting fry food to bottom of tank? I got the fist bites and it takes to long to sink and ends up on other side of tank.

I have been just putting a lil bit in my fingers and putting my hand in the tank but its starting to hurt a lil more everytime. Its amazing how hard a lil fish can bite
