I am getting so impatient. I have an 8" Monoculus Pbass in my 75gal awaiting the growout of my smaller fish in my 120gal. But I want to see him in the 120 sooooo baaad. When do you think would be a good minimum lenth of any fish in My Tank Setup <---- before I can add him?

Along time... That Dat is not going to be able to be with that Cichla for along time in my opinion.

I would move anything the Cichla can eat now.. And then when the fish you move get large enough ... If that happens for some of those.. Then move them back. :)

when you say those are you refering to my jardini? lol.

No...But still

More like anything currently under 5"

A true 8" Cichla has a LARGE mouth :D

Though.... You could get away with it.... Still I would be weary of what I put in there under and some even at 5"...

depends on what fish you have.
a jardini IMO should not be with the cichla until it is over 6-7 inche...that is IF it doenst kill other fish.
dats will never catch up...

:iagree: right to the top.. especially with your dats, they will take ages to catch up to your mono!

what would you take out and what would you leave? i was thinking of taking the JD's, datnoid, and the jardini out. i can possibly return the jardini to the 120 in about a month. and seperate the jd's from the other 2 for breeding purposes.
