my severums breed like clockwork every 3 weeks. one problem i have is the fry get sucked up in the filter. i have two AC110s on their tank, 55g, for filtration. i've been thinking of switching over to a sponge filter. i have a 75g for them to go into as soon as i have time to switch them over. what sponge filter and air pump with be large enough to filter a 75g. there is a L114 pleco, about 3", in the tank as well. anything else you guys recommend to filter the water without using a HOB or canister filter that will be ok for the fry?

Dude....Just siphon the fry out when they reach swimming stage....Usually 5-7 days....Place the fry in a growout tank....Does not have to be something spectacular....A simple 30g-55g will do....No substrate.....And yes, of course, use a sponge filter in fry tanks...Anything else like HOB's or canisters, a good number will eventually meet their doom.....:screwy:
