Getting my money back

Hey guyssss, how would I go about getting my money back from this place online. I made a purchase for a gift for somebody back in February and I have yet to receive anything. I've sent two emails without replies and I basically just want my money back. How would I go about doing it :)
 
who was it and did you use paypal?

yes sir, I used paypal and it was for a belated valentine's gift for my now ex-girlfriend, so now I don't want that crap I bought
 
sign in.. there will be 4 or five little blue tabs.. one will say resolution center.. then look to the top left after you clik res. center and it will say file a claim,, you should be able to get it from there
 
Thanks, I'll file a claim, it says it may take up to 30 days but, oh well, as long as I get my money back. Here's a lesson people, don't buy your girlfriend a gift unless you know your gonna be together, ahahha
 
awww... come on ben your making me depressed:(...... y dont you just get the gift and give it to your mother:D
 
Well, I filed the complaint and this is what it said on paypal

So the lesson I've learned from all of this is, don't buy *****es anything :D
