It seems that i've lost interest in my aquarium over quite some time. The maintenance on it seemed to get more difficult as time went by, and my heater is broken, so I am going to (hopefully) give them to another member, or take them to my LFS. I'm just going to wait until another opportunity arises to set up another aquarium and start fresh.

p.s. I still love the site.

You probly need a bigger tank... Then youll enjoy it better :)
Slam a powerhead to a python and water the grass on H2o changes.... easy as 123

G/L in whatever hobby pulls you in next cause if you drop one, you open the door for another ;)

im not dropping fishkeeping, its just that for a while now its become more a burden than an enjoyment.

its a 56 gallon show tank from petsmart.

As funny as it sounds, smaller tanks are a pain in the butt... bigger tanks are easier to maintain (JMO)

Try to add a 2 in front of the 56gl:headbang2:headbang2:headbang2:headbang2:headbang2
Then youll L O V E I T ! ! ! ! !:D

the maintenance of this tank was a pain, i was never able to do a large enough water change to suffice it. shouldve bought a standard 55 instead. but i did not know better when i bought it.
