Have a bunch of little white worms (Planaria?) on the glass in my aquarium and also some brown worms(Detrius?) in my filter.

water parameters are fine, only have a Black diamond and a datnoid in tank with sand substrate. Weekly water changes of 25% and monthly filter cleanings in the sump.
Anyway to get rid of these worms??

I personally wouldn't use chemicals but suggest if possible less feeding. Most mature aquariums will have Detritus and Planaria and they will show up most cases from over feeding.

Skim the sand with your gravel vac every time you do a water change that will remove some of the worms.

Best solution is minimize overfeeding, regular gravel vaccing and apply a liberal coating of apathy. They're harmless and are a symptom of having a lot of leftover food and waste hanging around the tank.
