Getting worse, is it too late?

when i returned home last night it appears that it has gotten worse; maybe an infection?? I have decided that the little guy is worth keeping around so any advice you can give will be apreciated.

I will be able to set up a 10 or 29 gallon hospital tank for this guy, how should i treat it?

yeah it looks a little worse right now. id isolate him, melafix and pimafix him-and add salt. you may want to raise his temp to around 82 or 83, but i really dont know if raising the temp would make a difference anyways..

id start melafix and pimafix'ing him-hope he pulls through, hes a cute little bugger

That looks realybad to me Look at all the inflamation right before his tail.

I would try what navygirl said but idk that seem pretty bad to me.

These pics were taking during feeding time, (as evidenced by his fat gut!), he seems to be swimming just fine and behaving normal so far....
