Hi,

I have purchased one of these Intex pools (10ft) and am going to set up a pond, I have bought everything I need for filtration etc... just wondering if I need a pond liner inside it? its a 3 ply skin so wondered if I could get away without it?

Thanks
Sam

A lot of people use it the way it is, but could you imagine a hole in it, what a mess. I think the pond liner it a peace of mind thing, that I agree with.

i have a 12' intex thats been running for about a year. I opted for a liner and went with 45mil firestone epdm, a bit pricey around $200 but well worth the peace of mind. A friend of mines large cats poked holes in theirs several times and the original intex liners often break/crack when their moved.
