what should i feed my ghost shrimp i have 6 in a 10g and i;m gonna try and breed them i but flack food in their but its just sitting at the bottom of the tank

any help?

I would imagine they will start eating it eventually. Mine always did. Maybe they are still getting used to the new suroundings.

mine go nuts for black worms. the worms get in the gravel but the shrimp never tire of hunting them. The worms will live in the tank but don't overfeed just in case. I have the gravid females but have not seen a release yet

Any info available on how to get them to breed? I buy 40-50 a week to feed my fish and would love to breed them.

When I buy them I place them in a small plastic "critter keeper" tank and feed them spirulina pellets and they eat that, never noticed any babies in there though. I then just refill w/ clean water and start all over.

i buy all they ever have at the lfs. but there usually sold out by the end of delivery day, i just chuck 40 or so in the tank each week, although i took a break for a month and some survived. i threw in drift wood, i've read that they like to "shack up" in holes in the wood, kinda like and hourly motel. i'm hopin' for luck babies. they eat what they get.
