I bought a few ghost shrimps and some of them have red spots on them is this bad?


How do I hatch the eggs that some of the ghost shrimp have and how long should it take?

The red spots are most likely normal coloration.
Depending on species, your ghost shrimp probably need brackish conditions for the larvae to develop into baby shrimp. Your best bet (without knowing species) is to make sure your intake is covered with a sponge or use sponge filtration to prevent the larvae from being sucked into the filter after hatching.
