I dont know of any diseases they could get but you never know what kind of conditions they came out of. It's probably in your best interests to hold onto them a few days just incase.

i wouldn't worry about quarantine, but it's not a bad idea to keep them separate for a few days and gut-load them with some better food. i assume these are feeders?
