Those may not be eggs my friend, it is very hard to tell. But if u buy 24ish at a time keep em by themselves in a tank they will likely breed under healthy conditions! Meaning good water params.

I tried this once in my main tank and nothing.... forgot about my uvc steryzer killing everything. And looks like u got a case of algae! Pleco?

They will multiply easily, I know if u start with more, they are hard not to breed. I used them as feeders and they were breeding in my sump with no light, no food, under 5gallons of water and about 1000gph:screwy:

Your filter will grind the babies up like it's nobodies business! If you want to successfully breed them I would highly recommend using a sponge filter. That way the larvae would have a chance to live. Also I would advise you to keep a lot of cover in the form of living plant material, which harbors a number of microscopic organisms which can serve as food for the developing young.

Thanks... for your coments..will buy some more and seperated them...might put them in a long twenty.

Well haven't had time to set up my 20 for some more shrimp as soon as I get my ohter two tanks going I will start with this one...here's some pictures I think they are eggs..I have three that look like this one...are they eggs????

Those are eggs. But Ghost shrimp are not easy to breed. I don't think they breed in freshwater, or the babies need to be in brackish to develop. Also best way to breed shrimp is with no fish.
