I just purchased a 5.5" Bumble Bee Cat. Everyone here thinks he's a South American version. But so far the only way I can get this cat to eat is to rubber band a earth worm on a stick and put it directly in front of him.
My question is will he outgrow this kind of feeding? Will he ever scavange on his own? He also doesnt seem to move too much, even with the light out. Not that I thought he would be the excitment of the tank. But it sure would be nice to see him once and a while? But do these cats mature more and get more bold, and come out and feed as they get larger? Or is this it? I'll always have to feed him worms- ala- stick?
