giant channa eye color, color configurations?

most of the photos found online show a yellowish to redish color. LFS had one with yellow yellow eyes, beautiful. unfortunately when i went back to get it, LFS reported it had jumped ship and died. ended up getting another one with nicer patterns (i like to call it cross back toman when the patterns reach the head)

hoping to find a female with yellow eyes later...

tail color. seen some that are pale with dark and blue blotches. others have white/blue rays. and then there's some with white latteral and red top n' bottom.

are there variations according to distribution?

my giant snakehead has orange eyes, the face area is turquoise color... i'll snap some ****ty iphone pictures tonight. how big is your snakehead and what are you keeping it with?

mines got yellowish eyes. sort of dirty yellow. blue under color and blue flake silver/white bars, white belly. 18" approx

uhm..... guys, the red yellowish are juvie/baby giants.. as they mature they will become black/blue/white in coloration.. the specimen depicted above I guess is about 30-40 cm/13-16" and has yet not reached its adult colors.....

and yes, the coloration may vary between snakeheads depending on feeding, place of collection etc..
