Anyone know how fast they grow I am getting a bit nervous my Pbass are catching up to them too fast:eek:

They make awesome dithers and I would hate to see them disappear 1 at a time :(

The ones I had before grew pretty fast. They will still stay to small to live with your Pbass. If you give plenty of cover though they will give your Pbass a run for their money when they try and catch them. Giant danios are pretty fast fish and are always on the move.

I had one in a tank with some preditory cichlids and there was one that they could not catch no matter how hard they would try. I eventually had to take it out cause they would focus on it so much that they wouldn't even pay attention to other food I put in the tank.

It also looks like from what you have in your tank setup that most of the fish will become food besides the silver aro.

Yep, those will be food!

They only get about 4-5" long and are usually full grown in 1 1/2 years. They are easy to breed in a 55g or larger but easy snacks for fish like P-bass.

Yeah I knew it was an eventuality but I did not want to get bigger dithers due to the size of my tank. The only other thing in danger in my tank is the clown loaches I Hope the warning coloration and barbs on their face will keep them safe.

I am new to Pbass I truly had no idea how fast they grow  amazing fish

Your clown loaches wont be safe at all. They will make an easy snack, if they don't damage your Pbass in the process of swallowing them.
