does anybody know where I can get really large plastic plants for 30 inch plus high tank. has anyone used any from Garden Ridge, not the silk or dryed varities but the all plastic. my lfs sells some that look like the Garden Ridge kind.

You can usually find some pretty cheap that you can minus and add lenth. Just look for the ones that are pieced together and buy a bunch and make 1 out of the 2.
No sorry I have never heard of it. I wish I knew the product name, I see it alot but it's at the tip of my tongue. It's a cheap kind about $4 for a 20" one.

Where I live O go to the big Garden-shops.
They sell those plants as decoration for your house.
If they're not dyed you can use those in your tank.
